Always a great experience. I went for my yearly birthday spa day. I had a wonderful massage, got to use all the amenities and end the experience at the rooftop pool with a delicious meal.

My wife and I celebrated our 30 year wedding anniversary. The resort was was very high class and the service was exceptional.

My massage was so good loved how customized it was to me and what I needed. My massage therapist was wonderful-I do not recall his name but he really made the massage womderful! Also love the ambiance of the spa as a whole. Has a hot tub with a beautiful Mountain View, and a rooftop pool with full service

I had a pedicure with Cynthia and it was amazing. My only issue needing attention was that instructions for where to go for the pedicure were given when I checked in several hours before my treatment time. The employee showing my friend and I the locker room also told us to wait in the relaxation room before treatment to be picked up. I then forgot that my original instructions were to go to the drybar that is accessed through the shop area. My friend who was having a facial was picked up on time. I waited 10 minutes and no one came for me. I tried to call the front desk but only got a message center. I found an employee and she helped me find where I was to go. I suggest that there is a sign put in the relaxation area and the change room reminding people for the drybar that they need to go to that area not the relaxation room. The pedicure was 5 star but the stress of getting to it made it a 4 star experience. And the steam room that I really looked forever to was not in order which was very disappointing. The meal and service at the pool was outstanding. The snacks and drinks were perfect.

Anna was amazing. One of my top all time massages. Very professional, discussed my injuries with me, then paid special attention to the areas I identified as trouble areas. Checked in with me frequently about pressure, any pain, etc. I’ll definitely be back and ask for Anna again!
