The location is great for those who are needing walkability to stores or restaurants. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The amenities seemed good (I didn’t get to really utilize them all) however, the breakfast dining area is remarkably small for the size of this hotel and cannot accommodate a normal breakfast rush. It is cramped and there is not nearly enough seating. The biggest complaint I would say is the rooms are ok, but the beds are SO LOUD and not all that comfortable. They creak with every breath. I couldn’t switch positions without waking up my sleeping baby. I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels with nicer beds and they don’t sound like you’re opening up a door in a haunted mansion. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and my stay was sufficient/average.

Andrew is an ambassador for your brand! What an absolute pleasure. He was like welcoming an old friend home from a long journey! And of course, Hampton is a great brand with good beds and clean choir rooms and the best free breakfast in the business!

Dont stay here…Go to the HYATT. Daughter stayed there and said it was GREAT!Husband has been diamond member but now retired silver member and they charged us $329 for one night and $359 for second night. We recommended to our friends to stay here and they paid $226 per night through bookings.com. When i asked the from desk about this no one could give us the same rate. I even tried to call their Hilton and nothing they could do. How is it that a third party gets a better rate than your loyal customers of over a decade? Shame on you Hilton!!!!Of ya new manager starts tomorrow. Bathrooms even though renovated were disguising. One of the worst Hamptons we have ever been too.

During my stay over the 4th of July weekend, I was trapped in my hotel room when the bedroom door jammed shut. With a serious back injury, forcing the door was painful and left me in significant discomfort for the rest of the week.A kind front desk employee helped me out and promised a refund for one night. Days later, no refund had been issued. When I called, I was told that because I prepaid, they “couldn’t” refund me — only offer points or a future stay, which I declined. After multiple follow-ups, management still dragged the process out instead of honoring the original promise. I'm still trying to get a refund from them, they keep suggesting a refund in points which is not acceptable after the experience I had. While one staff member was compassionate, the safety hazard itself and the hotel’s reluctance to resolve the matter promptly or appropriately mean I will never return. Guests should feel safe and trust that serious issues will be handled quickly — neither happened here.

I had a great visit to Denver and an excellent stay at this Hampton Inn. The location is awesome and right next to Barnes and Noble, close to shops and places to eat. Justin at the front desk was so nice and helpful, very pleasant! And the general manager of the location was awesome too. Room was clean, breakfast was great, worth the price. Keep doing the tea and coffee in the lobby - I love that. Thank you!
