The Ambrosia concert was disappointing for two reasons. 1)The instrument’s volume was TOO LOUD drowning out the singer’s voice volume. 2) John Ford Coley was sold on the ticket to be part of the show but he wasn’t there nor was the fact that he was missing from the show mentioned at all by the venue or the performers. I was so looking forward to this concert…………bummer.

The advertised Happy Together tour at Arlington Music Hall on May 22 was completely misunderstood by me. It said Happy Together tour, followed by a list of performers. That, unfortunately, sounded like that's what we would see. Only one, Gary Puckett and the Union Gap, performed. Fortunately, they were/are our favorites, so we enjoyed the show. My daughter drove us there and, because of unending construction and start and stop driving, it took 8 hours for us to get there. I would never ask her to do that again, even for Elvis, if he was alive. We stayed at the Lux by Wyndham hotel, which was very conveniently located 3.1 miles from the venue. Because I am in a wheelchair, the entrance looked daunting, but 2 employees came out and carried our things up to our room and pushed my wheelchair, freeing my daughter to take care of other things. Room as nice. We would recommend it, and the price was very reasonable through AARP.

We had purchased tickets from Stub Hub for Garrison Keillor for tonight. We got an email this morning from Stub Hub asking us if we would accept lesser seats and an $80 refund. They advised the seller, Arlington Music Hall had already sold our seats to someone else. We got a refund as the other seats were way back. Make sure you get an actual seat number and don't use Stub Hub.

I have attended many performances over the past few years and enjoyed every single one! Thank you for bringing such great talent to Arlington. I love it!
