We head a great stay over here. Surprisingly rates are $69/day but on google it shows higher-80$/day. It is a road touch motel with ample of parking space. Clean and spacious rooms. Rooms has brnd new fueniture, new bath tub and accessories. All toiletry toiletrymateril / coffee available. Friendly people. Shppoing, gas station nearby. Safe stay.

I felt more safe and secure with hygiene and I found all the things within the walkable distance and the cleaning service is good

I went through Expedia to book my reservation at this hotel. When I arrived to check in, the manager could not find my reservation. I looked at my confirmation email, and that's when I noticed I had booked my room for October, instead of September. The manager was very understanding and found a room for my 2 night stay. He let me know that he could not cancel the October reservation, since I went through Expedia, and that I would have to reach out to them. I messaged Expedia later that evening and they were able to cancel my reservation, however it was a nonrefundable reservation. I spoke to the manager at Guest Inn the next afternoon and he called Expedia to approve the refund for me. He was kind and always respectful every time I spoke with him.When I got to my room, after check-in, I was delighted at how clean the room was. Everything worked perfectly, and it was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave for my restaurant left overs.I highly recommend Guest Inn in Rogers AR!

I was traveling for work and arrived pretty late. They got me checked in and in a room quickly. Room was clean and the bed was soft. Spoke with the owner and he is actively making improvements. He cares about the guests experience

A group of 6 rooms stayed at Guest Inn during Bikers Blues & BBQ. The owners are really nice people and very accommodating! The rooms we’re comfortable and clean. Easy entrance, exit and parking for bikes. Very close to all the weekend activities. They left microfiber towels and windshield wipes on each bike one morning. Great place to stay!! We will be back next year!!
