I came to New York to see the Niagara Falls with my mother. Our driver Patel was very helpful and informative. He picked us up from the airport and took us to our hotel. My mom made the trip in very short notice so we didn’t know what we were gonna do. Patel gave us an itinerary of what to do that same day and also the following day. He was very very very helpful and informative.

Excellent cross border service from our Niagara Falls Ontario hotel to Buffalo airport - punctual, clean air conditioned vehicle, water bottles available. Our driver Sal was polite, engaging & helpful. highly recommend!!

The driver was 20 minutes late for pickup. Then the price was quoted wrong and cost an additional $10. The pick up back, also late, but not as egregious. The driver broke so many traffic laws. I'm not the perfect goody driver but two red lights, texting while driving, reading texts, speed limit violations every second.However, the taxi was comfortable, the driver was nice, and the border crossing easy.

If you are traveling with a group and need guaranteed space for passengers and luggage, look elsewhere. My experience with this company was incredibly stressful, scary, disorganized, and bordered on fraudulent.THE BAIT AND SWITCHI researched how to get from Buffalo Airport to our hotel in Canada for 6 people and 6 smaller-sized pieces of luggage. I chose this company because they advertise a flat rate of $120 USD plus tip. I confirmed our 6-passenger, 6-luggage requirement with their live online dispatcher and again when I spoke to a representative over the phone. The reservation even explicitly noted this in the comments section.However, during a short layover, I was bombarded with calls and texts from both the dispatcher and the assigned driver (Sheikh) as I was getting on the plane, claiming they do not have vehicles that accommodate 6 people and 6 luggage and demanding we pay for 2 vehicles. This is a classic bait-and-switch. When I pushed back, noting that we and our luggage would fit with plenty of room, the assigned driver bizarrely texted us that the dispatcher said that had 6 people and only had 3 pieces of luggage just to justify using a single minivan. I had to repeatedly insist that we had 6 and 6, and that they needed to honor the original agreement.LATE, MISSING & DISORGANIZED PICKUPS•ARRIVAL: When we landed, no one was there to meet us, despite their advertisements claiming they actively monitor flights. I had to call the driver, who repeated the demand for 2 vehicles. Eventually he told me he would be there in 5 minutes, but it took him 20 minutes to finally show up. •DEPARTURE (June 13): We were scheduled for a 1:00 PM pickup at our hotel lobby to head back to the airport. At 1:00 PM, the driver called to say traffic was heavy and he would be there soon. Later, he called to say he had a flat tire and told us we could just go with another driver who was picking up his own customers at the hotel. We reminded him that this was impossible, as our group of 6 needed our reserved vehicle to accommodate all of our bags!•DRIVING: Our assigned driver (Sheikh) drove okayish on the way to the hotel, but the trip back to the airport is a trip we will remember forever, but not for a good reason. He was on his phone and looking at his phone and when he would drift out of his lane there would be a horn and a sharp corrections. But the 'highlight' of his driving was when he realized he was about to miss his exit and crossed 4 lanes of traffic in seconds.•BOTTOM LINE: This company failed to honor the specific requirements we booked and confirmed in advance, tried to strong-arm us into paying for two vehicles, was chronically late, and left us stranded on our departure day with a last-minute cancellation. Save your peace of mind and book a more reliable, honest transportation service.

Taxi fare fraud. The taxi driver quote $110 flat-rate from Buf airport to Sheridan hotel at Niagara Falls. Called the taxi service operator who later confirmed the flat rate was supposed to be $100. Watch out for the drivers trying to scam you on the flat-rate trips which are of the meter
