I have seen some bad reviews, however Tira's is 5 stars all the way $20 cheaper to have sleeves shortened than the Keller area tailors. READ the receipt ticket: CALL BEFORE PICKUP... I called...

She's absolutely the best at alterations ! Very well priced too ! Been using Tira for over 15 years ! Won't go anywhere else !

This is a great place to get patches added to your karate uniform. The work is always done correctly and their work time is usually very short compared to other places.

I am extremely upset with this business. I called ahead of time to pick up my alterations and she said it would be ready by 2 PM. I arrive at 4:30 and she tells me they are not ready and to come...

This is the first time I have gotten something altered on my own and the lady who helped me was so patient! She even taught me a trick to better lace up my dress!
