We showed up for our reservation and were told they over sold and we did not in fact get a room. The man manning the front desk told us the manager decided she didn't need to let people know the hotel was oversold and our room was given away. After spending a long time on the phone with their corporate office nothing was done, a room replacement was not found and we were left with no options. I would recommend never staying at this hotel or any of their chain. We were treated horribly and will be filing complaints. Worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Just a heads up they charge $100 deposit $100 incidental and your room price.

My husband and I stayed at Wood Spring suites grand junction last night and the service was terrible. There was no restroom before check in, no ice machine, no hand towels, no hairdryer, no pots or pans or utensils in the kitchenette, and NO COFFEE! When I asked the guy at the front desk about these things, he was very inhospitable and answered me with one worded NO answers.

I’ve stayed here twice as an extended stay guest and was so extremely happy when I got back in. This place is perfect for families who are just trying to get back on their feet as it has provided privacy and convenience. It has been my safe place for over 2 years.

The staff are wonderful.The rooms are very clean and nice.It a safe place to bring your family. It very quiet and peaceful. The general manager Dana is very kind and very helpful and she does a great job running the motel. I will definitely stay there again
