The therapists are great but I won't go back because of incredibly poor management and customer service. It's a shame that a great therapist like Maurice has to work for a manager like Maggie. I've been going to the H&S in Mansfield for years, but recently moved to Arlington so thought this would be more convenient. My long tirade of how not only disappointing, but anger-inducing, my experience has been can be summed up in these two points. After dealing with them I am in desperate need of a massage. I will drive to Mansfield in order to never encounter Paula's condescending attitude and Maggie's lack of management skills. They are horrible to work with!

This is a lovely spa -- had a good massage here. The staff were friendly and helpful -- offered refreshment while I waited. I have problems and needed a therapeutic deep tissue massage. Erica was amazing. She helped me feel better -- and I appreciated her professionalism. Some massage therapists are too chatty -- Erica worked in companionable silence -- while I focused on the areas she was working on. This allowed me to fully relax into the massage and gave me great results. Thank-you, Erica! Highly recommended!

I was pleasantly pleased with my massage and the entire staff at this facility. I am a member in my own state and wanted to take advantage of getting a message while traveling.

We enjoyed a lazy day...this was perfect relaxing day! Professional staff, an amenities here. Would go back for sure!

I recently went for my first massage with hand and stone, their service is impeccable. They offered hot tea, constantly checked on my needs, and my massage therapist, Luis, worked on a very painful area is my back. Overall amazing experience at a good price!
