The place is full of charm, large sunny windows, and fireplace. The space is warm and inviting. They offer basic, mixed level, and intermediate classes- I also saw Yin, and Meditation on the schedule but not everyday. I came in for an intermediate class taught by Amy Petty. She studies directly under Noah Maze, and had just returned from teaching with him at BaliSpirit Festival. This sort of training shows in her sequencing and direction. The class was awesome! She was very good at articulating movements, and guiding the class safely. The owner was there, and she was very helpful and nice! I will be returning to try out some of the other classes for sure!
