Positives: My room was very nice, the hotel is in a great location and most of the staff was friendly, especially the woman who worked in the breakfast area.Negatives: Our shower gel was empty, which sucks when you figure that out mid-shower. And I totally get that hosting a bunch of teams in your hotel is probably annoying. But if you don't like them, don't sign up as a play-and-stay hotel. I've stayed in lots of hotels for my kid's sporting activities. This is the first that has given adults a curfew. Even though quiet hours were stated as beginning at 10 p.m., the staff arbitrarily decided they would begin at 9 p.m., with no signs or written policies. And in most hotels, quiet hours mean that they don't want people being loud and rowdy in the hallways. Here, even the adults were expected to be in their rooms. Personally, I haven't been sent to my room at 9 p.m. since I was a child and it wasn't a particularly positive experience.

We had a great experience at Home2 Canton. My son was ill and they were very accommodating and kind. Every person we talked to was helping and showed compassion. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was hot and well stocked.

Clean, quiet stay. Has a really nice salt water pool with a cool vibe. In a very nice, safe area. Rooms are very spacious and set up for extended stays. Staff was very helpful.

My biggest complaint was the lobby,it was small and very modern furniture and not comfortable at all. The employees were very kind and helpful and the room was convenient,although the couch was not comfortable .

The day our large group was scheduled to arrive, (a big block of rooms paid for month in advance) we received an email from the manager telling us we would have to move halfway thru our trip to another hotel further from our event and with fewer amenities. The only reason given was that they had mistakenly overbooked their rooms. And somehow just figured it out the day of our arrival?! After some investigation, we learned that our entire group of paying families were kicked out so they could house illegal migrants in our place! The corporate and local management, when confronted with this knowledge did not deny it. So do yourself a favor and don't risk a ruined trip, stay at an Airbnb. If I hadn't lived thru it, I wouldn't have believed it. Unbelievable lack of concern for paying customers.
