I've participated in the Halloween Pet Costume event Oct. 2018, taken a 4 week class in March 2019, and will display my crafts during the month of May 2019 for dutchess handmade. The staff is friendly, helpful, and proactive about helping local artists and makers. I highly recommend checking it out, and supporting local art.

This gallery has a wide variety of works on display. The show I saw was Emancipation of the Mind and was in honor of MLK. The sculptures, paintings, miniatures and other miscellaneous forms of art expressing the theme made the visit worthwhile.

Events go on all the time here! Mostly local artists come in from the Hudson Valley. I learned how to write in Japanese and take my art work home.

Great resource for info about local art and artists, for several counties in the Hudson Valley. Some grant money available for individual artists and area arts organizations. Full of heart.

Arts Mid-Hudson is a locus of art and culture in the Hudson River Valley. When they have a cultural gathering (try on Indian saris, create Chinese scrolls, Japanese tea ceremonies, ...) it is always an interesting and engaging experience. Otherwise, the space has a tiny exhibition space in front, and offices in the back. Go for an event!
