Worst place ever. Friend recently had a brother that passed away at this place. When my friend showed up to see what happened and collect what he could the staff refused to let him take anything. They wanted money for everything under the sun. Of course without the documentation needed nothing can be done and it is a process to get the documents through the court. Very unprofessional and extremely unkind people. Now they really will have to wait for any payment.

How to dispute my money that I spent when I was there need to be put back to my account that I used Would not tell me why still need to know what was e cause of it I haven’t did anything wrong from my understanding

DO NOT STAY HERE (BED BUGS)! Please read this review before you have a nightmare of a time. To begin, check in was a nightmare, they booked my room to someone else and I got a smoker room. Secondly there is mold lining the bathtub, My allergies were killing me. Lastly, They have a terrible bed bug infestation and I was bit over 10 times in a span of two days. I spoke to the owner and he repeatedly called me a liar! He is refusing to send me a refund or compensation for my miserable time. The owner does not care about customer experience and he often lies to retain his money. See pictures added for a few of the bites.

I'm giving it a 5 because of the amazing hospitality of the owners! There's a nice spread for breakfast, not expected at this price point. Clean room. They are in the process of remodeling the property.
