tripadvisorWe always have a very enjoyable stay here, just need a Dutch Brothers close by. With Bad Boy burger across the parking lot, it would make it even better.
MoreWe felt this Best Western's cost was way to high for the quality of Service we received. Other family members in 2 other rooms felt the same as we feel.
MoreThis is a good location on the east side. Easy on and off. Area is pretty quiet. Just down the road from Micron. Not a lot of food options close. Great grassy areas for pets. Looks like 5hey are under going remodeling. Our room has been done. Great flooring in pet rooms, no carpet. Should help cut down on pet odors if they clean the floors well. Terrific shower. Easy entry. Had a tv issue and the guy worked until he got it fixed.
MoreAfter returning from dinner, had an issue with the smoke detector chirping every minute. Called the front desk and requested someone from maintenance to take a look/fix the problem. The person at the desk, Kemma, informed me that she was the only person working and could not leave the front desk ( only one employee working?). I asked again if she was the only employee working, she stated “ this isn’t a 5 star property.” I don’t think Best Western ownership wants their employees saying this to their guests! She finally said “you can replace the batteries, that usually fixes the problem”I asked her if management is OK with guests climbing up ladders and handling electric (hard wired) equipment. Kemma’s attitude then became dismissive and unprofessional. I finally asked for the property manager’s information, I wanted to let them know about the problem. I was informed that the Manager was ill and wouldn’t be back until Monday. I had to request a second time, believing I would get a name and email address. I received a phone number with no name. Unbelievable. This was the worst BW property I have ever stayed in. Not up to BW standards.
MoreVery nice hotel that is renovating all of the rooms. It was under construction when we stayed but the rooms that are finished are very very nice. It is about 20 minutes to downtown Boise but it is easy to get there. The staff are accommodating. The room was quiet and comfortable. A good nights sleep.
