Hired this company for my step daughter’s senior ball. It was a pickup from Brentwood to SFO. The driver was bad. Constant braking from Brentwood to SFO. Made for an unpleasant trip. Trying to provide this feedback to management was met with a long message denying responsibility. That’s who this company is. There are plenty of choices for limos. My advice : stay away from this shady company.

When looking into booking transportation (shuttle bus & limousine), I relied heavily on Yelp reviews. Having to deal with trucking companies in my work, I feel like this is where a 5-star review really counts in terms of being on time, professional, and courteous service. That is how I found RYE Limousine for my wedding this past May 2017. Agnes and Yassir (driver) were amazing! Very professional, courteous, timely, and all around really great people. The limousine was perfect, clean, and well stocked :) Yassir is on top of it and made sure everything was all set. I highly recommend RYE Limousine the next time you need to book transportation!!

My wife and I used RYE Limousine for a day trip to Napa for our wedding anniversary. It was really a first class experience all the way. Yasar, our driver, is the consummate professional. He was early picking us up and the limo was a clean and comfortable ride. He is extremely friendly and really helped make our experience a really memorable one. At the first stop, my wife and I were admiring the scenery and Yasar volunteered to take pictures for us (he took several that day), which was so unexpected and thoughtful! Upon leaving each winery, Yasar would greet us at the door and take the wine that we had purchased from us and put it into the airconditioned cabin to maintain its condition. Again, we did not have to ask him to do this, he just understands how to provide incredible service to his clients. We cannot thank you enough for making our anniversary so special.I highly recommend RYE to anyone seeking a professional, 1st class experience while traveling.

If only the airlines were as professional, comfortable, helpful and convenient as my airport transportation from RYE Limousine my travel would be perfect. After having tried several other car services and experiencing awful results -- including not being picked up at the airport; a Town Car that had duct tape on the passenger seats; and a driver whose driving ability made me wondered how he passed a license test -- I realized that maybe finding a car service through a Valpak mailer and shopping on price alone was not the best strategy. So, a friend recommended RYE Limousine to me, and, since then, I've been a devoted passenger who's never looked back. RYE Limousine vehicles are spotless and well appointed; the drivers are courteous and skilled; and service is on time, every time. There hasn't been a single instance where I've walked out my front door and RYE Limousine hasn't already been waiting. Similarly, they are always waiting for me in the arrivals area when my flight lands. The greeting is friendly, and the ride is smooth. I have to tell you, it's really nice not spending the night before a flight wondering whether my airport ride will show up or whether I'll make it to the airport, or home, safely. But the great thing about RYE Limousine isn't just that they're reliable enough to remove the worry -- they actually make transportation a pleasure. White glove treatment every time.
