Our martial arts studio offers a wide range of programs for people of all ages. Both our adult and kid's karate classes focus on training the mind, body and soul while developing confidence and discipline. We offer a women's self defense course to help women combat issues they are faced with in today's world. Classes are typically taught at our school, but onsite classes can also be scheduled at local businesses. Our summer camp and after school program provides children with a structured learning environment where they will be taught skills like discipline, focus, self-respect and proper etiquette. Participants in our after school karate program will be picked up from school, receive daily martial arts lessons, have time to complete their homework or enroll in our archery program, and attend trips to Springwood Park. Your child's safety is one of our top priorities so all of our instructors are CPR and First Aid certified. We are not believers in financial contracts and all of our services are offered through monthly memberships. We offer family discounts to those that want to add an additional student to our program! We encourage you to bring your child in to try our programs before enrolling. Every Friday, we offer an introductory class from 6:00-6:30 where students will get a tour of the facility, be taught simple moves and get to meet some of our staff.
