Jon Vonder Haar's practice focuses on Family Law, Employment Law and General Litigation. Jon's litigation background includes, Business Litigation, Personal Injury, Insurance Coverage, and Real Estate and Mortgage Banking Law. Jon started his legal career while still in law school representing indigent criminal defendants in open court as a certified student in the Solano County Public Defender's Office. Later, he interred at the Santa Clara Public Defender's Office. Jon graduated from the John F. Kennedy University School of Law in 1997 and passed the California Bar Examination that same year on his first attempt. Jon has had the privilege of appearing in several courts outside California, including, Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Minnesota, Nevada and Tennessee. Jon is admitted to practice in all of the United States District Courts in California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts of Colorado and the Northern District of Florida. Vonder Haar Law Offices is located in Santa Rosa, California.
