Where to begin with this horrible service!! Had I been booking, I would never have used them based on reviews, but the hotel booked them for us. Keller picked us up, and everything was going okay until his mile tracker died and he spent the next 15 minutes swerving all over the road trying to charge it, to which he was unsuccessful.  Then, we arrive, and he tries to tell me let's just call it $80 for what every app had at a MAX $50. We argued because he was clearly taking advantage of the not charged device *which was HIS fault), and then tries to scam me, and he's yelling at me telling me Uber is $200 (it was a 35 minute trip mind you on a normal night, no holidays or special events) which I look up on my phone and it's clearly $50. Finally, we pay him $70 because it's late and we're quite rattled and exhausted by this point. TERRIBLE. Honestly, if you're desperate to get somewhere, I would walk hours before using this service again.

Do not, DO NOT, use this company. I reserved an early morning ride to National Airport via their website, and received an email confirmation. But the next morning, the taxi never showed. I called them multiple times; the calls went direct to voicemail. I quick tried to find an Uber, but with none in the area had to enlist a friend to drive me to the airport. There is no place for this kind of gross negligence--I could have missed my flight. Look somewhere else for your taxi needs, and help put this company out of business.
