tripadvisorProperty was clean. Breakfast was good. Location was good. Front desk was pleasant. 90.% of the parking is behind the building. It is a 2 story building but no elevator. So we had to change our room to 1st floor. It was quiet. I would stay here again. Our visit was 2 night stay.

Housekeepers are the best! Overall service, cleanliness and safety are the reason I will only stay here in CC. And team members like Judy!
MoreWe found ANAL BEADS in the room. They refused to comp the night. There were also blood stains on the ironing board as well as old chips and candy on the floor. The room they moved us to had a broken mini fridge and BUGS. The manager was very rude and unprofessional. She said things like this had happened before and we were overreacting. WHAT?
MoreWe checked in on a Friday evening. Desk clerk was very helpful. I asked for a quiet room on first floor. We were close to lobby and breakfast area and I did not hear anything. Hotel in good location close to many stores and restaurants. It’s a smaller Best Western … only 2 floors. Breakfast was average. Our only complaint was they ran out of butter for the last two days of our stay. The TV has many channels. It would be nice if they had a vending machine or snacks to purchase on site. The outdoor pool was small but looked clean. Very reasonable rate.
MoreI recently stayed at this establishment this past weekend and was very pleased with the stay. The lady at check in was very sweet, 8-10-24 9:30pm,didn't get her name but she was quick and very helpful. The next morning I extending my stay and ask to attach my member rewards number to my reservation because I forgot the previous night and she was also helpful and polite. Breakfast had a lot of options and the rooms were very clean. Also, it was very quite and I had no issues whatsoever. With me also being in the hotel industry, I was very impressed with this Best Western!! I recommend anyone to stay here and I will be staying here again!!!
