I would never recommend this hotel, it’s terribly old, and the color choices are such an eyesore. The breakfast waffles weren’t hot. The door to my bedroom didn’t even close. Our closet was missing a sliding mirror. The sofa bed was absolutely absurd, all you could feel were springs. The couch doesn’t even have any pillows! And the pillows for the bed are tiny. The color choices are the most awful thing ever. Red, orange, yellow and blue? The elevator was tiny and sounded sketchy. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Please don’t come here.
MoreA lady by the name of Meghan Byram is very rude and shes not welcoming at all she shouldn't be allowed to work with such a ugly attitude the hotel stinks is old and outdated and if shes there you may as well turn around she will possibly make your stay a living hell she acts as if she doesnt like blk people or kids BEWARE IM DEFINITELY CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ON HER FOR PROFILING KE BEFORE I COULD EVEN GET IN A ROOM AND MAKING ME EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE
MoreThis is an okay property in downtown Waco that is a little dated and could use some TLC. Room was spacious but A/C ran inconsistently in the main hallways so it was easy to get sweaty while walking to the room. Elevator was very small and slow. Breakfast was good but no variety for the entire week of my stay.
MoreClean, well appointed studio king room. Great front desk staff. A 20 min walk from McLane Stadium, which was helpful after a concert.
