tripadvisorA lady by the name of Meghan Byram is very rude and shes not welcoming at all she shouldn't be allowed to work with such a ugly attitude the hotel stinks is old and outdated and if shes there you may as well turn around she will possibly make your stay a living hell she acts as if she doesnt like blk people or kids BEWARE IM DEFINITELY CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ON HER FOR PROFILING KE BEFORE I COULD EVEN GET IN A ROOM AND MAKING ME EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE
MoreThis is an okay property in downtown Waco that is a little dated and could use some TLC. Room was spacious but A/C ran inconsistently in the main hallways so it was easy to get sweaty while walking to the room. Elevator was very small and slow. Breakfast was good but no variety for the entire week of my stay.
MoreClean, well appointed studio king room. Great front desk staff. A 20 min walk from McLane Stadium, which was helpful after a concert.
MoreBreakfast was great and the people were friendly. All and all, it was a great weekend. The weather was cooperative, no rain.
Moreeasy front parking - the rate was charged $3.00 a night but reasonable we thought for location. a little dated hotel but very clean - our room 2 BR - 2 Bath enjoyed by family with extra space along with kitchen area - nice simple breakfast served free in mornings - easy quick bite before heading out to meet area friends. Beds were good and pillows ok but we're picky on pillows - most hotels we take our own as these are ex soft. Noise level was good except a 2 AM train going thru town honked it's horn we're assuming a 'notification to area residents' but unsure what that was about. Indoor pool but we did not go to it. super nice staff had cookies baked in lobby during the day to grab. easy access to Silo area - meeting friends.
