The Dr. Pepper Museum is a rare museum that celebrates the soft-drink culture of America and traces the evolution of the industry through numerous exhibits and memorabilia. The popular displays include a rustic general store, reminiscent of the 1930s grocery shops, a pick-up truck from 1924 and jingles of old soft-drink commercials, which play like ambient music. Visitors can make avail of the tours on offer, for a thoroughly enriching experience. The famed Soda Fountain and the Experience Space, which hosts thrilling tours such as the Paranormal Experience, are simply unmissable too.

tripadvisorVery interesting, lots of cool historical info about the soda industry in general and Waco. Free parking in area don’t get suckered into the paid lots. Cool gift shop. Allot 2 hours for it
MoreDr Pepper no longer owns this. Though they once did. It’s an interesting place. Your free drink though doesn’t come in a cute cup. Just a clear plastic cup. A short walk from the Pivovar hotel and Magnolia shops.
MoreWe spent 2.5 hours here. We parked in the paid lot across the street. It was busy, but things were spaced out so that there was plenty to see without being on top of each other. We did not do any experiences, and didn’t feel like we missed anything. We learned so many fascinating facts!
MoreThis was a great time for our family. We booked ahead for the make your own soda but didn’t know we needed admission also. But everyone was so friendly and helped us and it was an enjoyable family time for spring break.
MoreI visited Waco from the UK, and as a fan of Dr. Pepper, was always going to end up visiting here. The museum is as much a museum about the history of carbonated drinks/soda as it is of Dr. Pepper, and this makes for a far more interesting subject matter in my opinion. There are a lot of exhibits on the manufacture and advertising of Dr. Pepper, as well as other soft drinks like 7-Up. The late 19th century/early 20th century adverts are the most interesting inclusion, to my mind.Five out of five as it's a fun museum and you get to tell friends you visited a haunted Dr. Pepper museum.
