Nice venue, efficient and quick security check for entry. Found the acoustics to be very good. Extremely friendly staff in all areas. Will definitely find out who else are playing there.

Concert Venue was nice. I will write mostly about the experience of entering and 40 below as connection to a concert.23 usd for a drink....Paid for the 40 under pass before the concert. But was told my gf's handbag was to big so had to go back upstairs and stand in line for a long time to pay xx amount of dollars to leave it in a locker. Then down backstairs. Spent 15 min before we where let in as the scanner for phone/wallet tickets didnt work. When we got to enter the lounge it was totalt empty, the second warm up band was playing their last last. However, we were excited for the premium bar... But 16 usd for a standard jack daniels on the rocks or 23 usd for any cocktail in addition to the extra cover to enter the place was... extortionate. Not to mention it was all served in plastic even if you staid in the lounge.bathrooms where nice in the 40 under, however the bathrooms in the actual concert venue wasn't as bad as reviews have made it sound.

it's time to stop the sickness testing 72 hours prior. Go to White Oak music hall instead. you can hear the bands well no matter where you sit.

The bathrooms are awful. Everything else is adequate. I was here for the Overwatch League Outlaws Homestand and had a great time.

One of my favorite venues to attend a concert in Houston. This venue is usually reserved for artists who are pretty well-known but not at stadium level yet. Some of the band that I've seen perform here are The Strokes (way back when they first started and the venue was still called Verizon Center), Dashboard Confessional, Sarah McLachlan, The 1975, Young The Giant, AWOLNATION, Snow Patrol, Fitz and the Tantrum, etc. I like the Acoustic here. Aslo, due to the size of the venue, you can always get a good view from pretty much anywhere. I'm on the shorter side, and I've always been able to find a good spot on either side of the stage to get a good view of the stage up close. And if I stand toward the back facing the center of the stage, I typically always able to find a good viewing spot as well. I'm obviously talking about general admission tickets and not reserved seats. For parking, you can valet or you can find street parking in the vicinity. I've always been able to find street parking every time I come here. But then again, I don't mind walking a few blocks from my parking spot. If you're willing to spend more, you can always upgrade and get access to their underground lounge, Forty Below. You will also get a reserved seat in the VIP area toward the back of the venue. The last time I did this was for when I went to see Snow Patrol. The benefit of having the lounge access is you don't have to wait forever for drinks because they have a full bar in the lounge for you, plenty of seating area while you wait for the concert to start, and private restrooms. There's also a pool table down there. I've always had a good time attending concerts here. I do try to get my tickets at the box office though. They will charge you $5 processing fee for doing that, but that's typically a lot lower than whatever service and processing fees that you would have to pay buying the tickets online. Wouldn't hesitate attending more concerts here.
