Staff were awesome from front desk to restaurant. Very helpful and accommodating during the entire visit.

I stayed at the downtown location for the duration of Louder Than Life, it was incredibly busy for staff during my stay there but they took SUCH great care of me! I came by myself from South Dakota for my birthday and every single staff member I met during my stay was absolutely delightful. I want to give a special thank you to Mary, Jasmine, Sarah, Devin, Shaun, Dina and Daniel for going above and beyond to ensure my stay was as enjoyable as possible. But especially Mary, she is an incredible team member and when she heard I needed a little extra help she went straight into action and I was so grateful for her help. I will absolutely be back! The rooms were clean, staff was great, overall was a great experience.

The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and very nice and the location was perfect. The parking accommodations for 3 corvettes was exceptional.
