Rude room messy light not working swapped my king suite for a queen doubles went from first floor to 3rd really tacky and manager was tacky
MoreThis is the out of order Hotel! I'm never seen so many out of order signs in a hotel before. No ice machines working on any floor. The juice machine was out of order. The coffee machine was out of order at the breakfast room. Plus the front entrance was so full of bird poop it was disgusting. I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless it would be like just for one night. The girl at the front desk was very nice very apologetic for nothing working.
MoreI stay at the I normally stay at the Odessa location and thought it would be similar - not even close. The room had stains on the carpet, pillows. Towels were worn, hair in the sink and the room had a funky smell. The staff was unprofessional, including not emailing a bill due to their excuse of I should have asked for a paper copy. The hotel was overall gross. I was eager to get out the following day.
