We admired the gentle and soft turquoise lobby room as we entered with warm welcome. The receptionist greeted us warmly by using notes forth and back. The 2-queen beds had excellent mattresses to ease our backache! To value of lodging was surprisingly reasonable. The location of that hotel was excellent for us to go up to the scenic autumn highway up to Vermont. Everything was so tidy!

Room was very clean although the sink outside the bathroom backed up with every use. Would like the tub to have been safer on the floor.

The staff, breakfast & room was wonderful. We had a wonderful few nights sleep. Breakfast was hot and good. Hotel was quiet and clean.

Checked in around nine as we just needed a little place to sleep to get up and be at Baystate hospital really early in the am. The hotel was run down but the price was reasonable. Staff were very nice, but the place definitely needs an upgrade. Bathroom was moldy and we took quick showers and felt gross after doing so. Thankfully the best were extremely comfy and we were able to get a good sleep. Flatscreen tv. Microwave and mini fridge. Not the worst place I’ve stayed but wouldn’t stay here again. The elevator is also in need of repair as it was cracking all over. You are right on a busy street it is very noisy. Can’t make comments about breakfast as we left at 6 am.
