Hotel was very satisfactory, clean, and quiet. No complaints whatsoever. Breakfast was very acceptable. Would stay there again.

Hotel clerk wanted $200. cash in order to get my room after it was paid by cc a month in advance. I offered to give a cc, but she wanted cash.Following the above the clerk called the police to have me band for calling the corporate office about this disturbing event. Be aware of shady practices.

Unfortunately I would leave zero stars if I could. This place is disgusting. After requesting a room change because the first one had a musty smell, we were greeted by the rudest front desk reception person, got another room and there WAS A TICK IN OUR BED. We checked out after only being there 5 hours and they wouldn't give us a refund. After emailing the manager multiple times and speaking with the customer service, no one resolved anything except a generic I'm sorry email to which I'm sure they will use the same template to reply again. Save your money and please stay at the Hilton right behind it. I also was in town for a funeral which made no difference to them. Please see attached photo of tick. And no best Western you will no get a chance to make it right because my family gave you at least three chances.

I have stayed here several times in the last 9 years and this will be the last time. The room was clean and other than a torn up carpet near the desk was in good condition . The hallway was hot. The thermostat was a pain to set. Nearly impossible to find a channel on the TV to watch. No early check in available. Staff is not friendly and unhelpful. had to have keycards replaced twice. The pool has never been open any time i have visited. Breakfast had no OJ but was typical mediocre hotel breakfast food. And despite paying for the room in advance the still wanted my card...

The check out was very rude. They charged me $40 for a wash cloth that I had makeup on from washing my face and oil on the pillow case from my hair. They didn’t try to wash it first. So they assumed it wasn’t going to come clean and took my money. So, I guess if it came clean, they just keep my money? That’s stealing from the customer.
