After a Month of trying to get an appointment to use my Groupon that was given to me as a birthday gift I unfortunately had to give up, and tell my mom to get her money back from Groupon. Prana obviously uses Groupon as a cheap form of marketing and not as a benefit to get new customers. Everytime I called there would be no therapists availble for the Groupon customer but only full paying customers. I even physically walked in and asked for a massage while watching a therapist sitting around not having any clients and just playing on her phone, and still was denied with the receptionist stating there is not a therapist availble today that takes groupon. Save your money and time!

Booked at prana bodyworks based on trip advisor reviews. Great experience! Rebecca was the therapist for both me and my husband. Rebecca is professional while providing a great massage. We were both extremely happy with the service. Facility is clean and calming. We were staying at a resort but did not want to pay the exorbitant fees at the resort spa. We booked ahead of our trip which is a good idea because they fill up early.

The best words to describe my massage is out of this world! Months of knots and pain slipped away in a mere hour. Prana would be on my speed dial if I lived in Fort Lauderdale. Ask for Ben or John. There is also a Bikram studio. I am looking forward to returning every time I come back to Miami.

For the past ten days I have been limited in pursuing many daily activities, and had to refrain from all sports activities due to on-going back pain.After Ben's therapeutic massage 3 days ago I am 99% pain free. I was not anticipating this kind of relief. I can not thank Ben enough for enhancing the quality of my life.
