Never answer phones. Don't have enough people. Always busy even if it's empty. Spend more on employees and less on marketing. (Pay them better so they care).

This branch is rather difficult to find since it's kind of tucked away at the corner of 156 Ave. and 20 St. Beware that on Saturdays, the line for seeing the banker could be up to 40 minutes long....
