tripadvisorWest Acres Mall supplied us with a bit of entertainment today. The sights, sounds, smells… Christmas decorations are up. We were surprised how busy the mall was. We thought the idea of “malls” was dying. Not here. Not today. Not in Fargo. Today was quite lively and busy. Glad to feel like I was back in the 80’s for a few brief seconds today… if only I could have found an arcade! Ha!
MoreOur first time at this mall in n your trip from Canada to North Dakota USA.Mall has everything one can expect from any mall in North America. From big box stores to small individual outlets and everything in between. We were there on Saturday April 22, 2023. Mall was very busy. Good thing that they have many rest areas with comfortable seating. There is a play area for kids which is very useful I guess. Food court was big but lacks variety.Enough parking outside.Worth a visit if you’re in the city. But don’t expect anything different then any other malls in North America.
MoreIt was nie. Quite a variety of store. Found some great chains that i love, Lululemon. Some treat local stores as well. Got to eat at the food court and that was wonderful. I wish there was more natural light.
MoreThis was a really nice looking mall from days of old. Lots of plants, flowers and decor. Still has a lot of stores and food options to choose from. The fountain area reminded me of the mall in Dawn of the Dead. We just spent an hour or less here for something to do but if you're interested in shopping I think you'll like it.
MoreI went to the mall on the Saturday before Valentine’s Day since it was extremely cold outside in February and I just needed something to do to get a little exercise and not sit indoors all day. I really liked this mall. There are a couple areas in the mall that are just really pleasing ambience wise to sit and people watch or visit with family/friends. There’s plenty of stores to choose from, including a Bath and Body Works which I thought was quite large. The parking appears to be adequate; we did not have to park far from an entrance in the cold. I did not visit the food court.
