Reviews
tripadvisorThe interior of the hotel is breathtaking. Our room was huge, and there was a bottle of good red wine waiting in the room. Beds very comfortable. Front desk staff so friendly and accommodating. Price was very reasonable for this luxury.
MoreI had an amazing experience at this hotel. I travel frequently for work, and am qualified to say this hotel gets a 5 Star from me. Mary at the front desk is amazing. Room was spotless, great gym, great breakfast. Checked all of the boxes!
MoreWe occupied the presidential suite and our adult grandson and granddaughter occupied the vice-presidential suite that shared a magnificent atrium that we were able to share morning, day and evening. It was wonderful and beautiful!
MoreWe love the Des Lux! 10 out of 10!!
MoreMy overall stay experience was the hotel and room themselves were nice. It was a good location to walk to dinner and not have to park the car. The customer service experience was terrible. There was always an excuse of how there are too many staff members and it was hard to keep track of who did what. Which, in my opinion, everyone should be trained the same and should be able to handle booking and credit card collection and be able to operate those things correctly and not make continuous billing errors. I was charged for things two× one for a service. I did not even use in the other after I called at least two times to make sure that payments could be split up and it was not all going to be charged on my card. It was still all charged to my card and all I got was excuses. We also got massages and we did not have the best experience with that. And then the manager was always just trying to offer excuses and basically made us feel like we were always in the wrong. It was really condescending talking to us.
