The trip was fun and informative. The tour guide pointed out the celebrity houses and other fun facts in the Bay Area. However, they played the music incredibly loud to the extent it was difficult to hear her over the music. Be aware of the raffle prize! We won an exotic timeshare vacation! It required sitting through a high-pressured sales presentation. No thanks! I was hoping for a gift card or maybe free drinks.

We picked the Island Princess tour out of Bayside Mall. Our female tour guide/DJ was fun and knowledgeable. What we didn’t know was our seats were on what became the dance floor. We love a party but the problem arose as many people came to dance and drink. Since the cruise was full we were stuck. After we got out of the harbor the decibel level of the music became painful. I have a decibel level app on my phone. It got as high as 102. Which is unsafe for anybody for over five minutes. One girl who looked to be about 10 stood in front of the speaker the entire 90 minutes. 120 dba is even worst for children.I hope our tour guide saves her money because she will need it for hearing aids. Please take into account the well being of your customers. People either need to sit further back or pick another cruise line.

We enjoyed seeing the stunning houses along millionaire’s row, they really are a sight to see. The views of Miami were spectacular. The boat itself was ok altho the seating on the top deck seemed a bit overkill, it would’ve been nice to be able to wander around on the top deck rather than just the small area at the front. The commentary was ok but quite difficult to hear at times, the music in between the comments was a bit loud. An enjoyable trip tho nonetheless

First off the boat was disgustingly filthy . The crew could care less about their passengers. We want our money back. If your going to charge people to go on your boat, at least you can do is keep it clean.
