I do not advertise or seek inspections from Realtors and my future work is not dependent on Realtors. My livelihood comes from referral from my past clients. So, your inspection is not compromised by my dependence on your Realtor for my income. You get an honest, unbiased assessment of the condition of the house you are interested in purchasing. I do not perform "cheap" inspections. Cheap and quality do not go together. If you are looking for a cheap inspection do yourself a favor and save your money. If you want a quality inspection, I will be happy to work with you.
