California Fresh Catering & Events is a chef driven, full service catering company with a focus on creating extraordinary events with a dynamic presentation that your guests will talk about for years to come. Our event professionals can help you plan every aspect of your next event from party rentals to site design to day of the event coordination. Our company was founded in 2006 by Chef Jim Douglas with the idea that a catering company should do more than simply feed a group of people, but that the experience should be as dramatic and exciting as the very best restaurant experience. With that in mind California Fresh is happy to bring the restaurant to your next event! Fresh bold flavors, dynamic presentations and much of the food is prepared fresh, on site, minutes before you dine or in many cases before your eyes. We thrive on working with you to plan and execute your event and pride ourselves on designing your menu to fit any budget or vision. Let us show you some of the many ways we can make your event unique from our Adventurous Chef Boutiques to our Interactive Buffets to our Couture Appetizers. We routinely elevate what could be an ordinary experience to extraordinary.
