We came here for my daughters best friends birthday. The staff was friendly and helpful and the kids had a blast. The kids didn't have any complaints and were kept busy for 2+ hours.

We normally go to a similar type of venue in Lansing, but due to poor weather on my son's birthday, we decided last minute to go south to Sky Zone, since it wasn't snowing in Kalamazoo. The boys had all brought their bounce socks but we were told they couldn't be used and we HAD to buy their branded bounce socks. Fine, what ever. We then had to sit through a safety talk which upon entering the park, no one was following and staff weren't enforcing. While waiting our turn to go in, I witnessed many parents paying for their kid and then leaving, so you can imagine the behavior. Now my son is very big for his age of 8, but a lot of the stations were gear for teens, something the manager later confirmed. Maybe they should point this out on their website. After bouncing in the same area for some time due to the lack of other options, the staff changed and the new employee in the area asked my son and his friend their age and told them to go to the little kid area which was filled with 4-5 year olds that they would have squished! They were both confused by why after playing in that area (they were the only ones in there at the time) and having fun, they had to go to the little kid side (Which no one ever told us the older kids were to bounce on the left and the younger on the right. There were no sign. No lines) and try to be super careful not to hurt the much smaller children. They attempted to join in on the dodge ball game. One team had a handful of players while the other team had about 30 kids. Knowing they should play fair, they joined the smaller team to help even out the sides. The employee quickly asked their ages and sent them to the little kid side. What?!?! They put all the teens on one team. Teens who throw REALLY hard! So you had like 6 teens pummeling 30 little kids who couldn't throw it far enough to hit any of them. How is that fair or fun? But the manager told me they have rules they have to follow. The manager offered no solution, no apology. She was more interested in telling me how they had just redone a lot of the stuff to try to draw in teens. Well great for you but what about the 10 and under kids? There were only a hand full of teens there. If my child can't use half of what's there, why should I pay full price? And might I just add, the atmosphere was horrible. The harsh bright white lights and lack of energy in the park was disappointing. We are used to a more inviting lighting and music playing to pump the kids up. The type of place you want to stay longer. We will not be going back, ever.

This is another school outreach program for my grandson for free. We have gone several times and going back this month. I did not jump, but the kids have a wonderful time. Lots of different activities including playing dodge ball, basketball, and pit jumping.

Had a coupon for bogo, so took the grandkids 8 & 10, who loved it. One hour seemed plenty, and they got their exercise. Special socks are required, so figure on another $2 per kid. And remember to pack the water bottle, as they will want it. Couldn't afford this on a steady basis, but every now and then - sure beats watching Spong Bob SquarePants

Took our four kids there for my sons 5th birthday. They had 60 minutes of excitement and they were wiped out when we were leaving! What an amazingly fun place to take your kids or the entire family to have fun!
