You can always tell a good hotel by their gym. If it’s clean, stocked, lights and tv work, and if their machines operate. It means they pay attention to details that many clients don’t see like the front entry and the r food and dining. This gym is terrible. You can tell the floors need to be replaced, but tried to cover it up with Amazon pads. they’ve got a Costco set of 5-25lbs dumbbells, 2 of the 4 machines are out of order, both tvs are broke and 2 lights are out. So that transfers to my room. Bathroom tile and grout are cracked. Looks like mold at base of shower. Their curtains don’t block the glaring light from the parking lot (or at least overlap to do so) they’ve changed the setup and lived the fridge so there is massive waist of space in the dresser, their is a nightstand on side of the bed but not the other and there’s very little to any space for bathroom items or storage, instead it’s filled with towels. Very little lighting in the rooms and no fan in the bathroom. If my company hadn’t booked this hotel I wouldn’t have ever chosen this location. This is a massively underwhelming hotel for a Marriott. The owners should be ashamed. But hey, they offer a free breakfast.

Really nice suite. Very clean. Front desk was a bit slow in responding to my arrival, which was at 10 PM, but they were very quick to get me checked in and to my room, when they did get there. Breakfast was offered in. a very pleasant room, witth a good selection of items. I would recommend this hotel.

We just spent one night in room 226 and the bed was absolutely awful and pillows were not much better. Could feel the springs on the mattress, definitely needs to be replaced. Bathroom mirror was not cleaned well, looked like cleaned with an oily substance, lighting in the bathroom and bedroom was terrible (it was a suite room with separate little sofa space). Didn't get a super clean feel from the towels either. Shower pressure was really good. I have stayed here couple times before and don't remember the discomfort like from this room. Maybe it's just that room that needs a new mattress.

I stayed at the hotel in Denton. It is studio with King size bed and has a lot of space.There are Washer and Dryer on the 2nd floor.The breakfast place on the ground floor and they provide a typical american food and drink. You make cook the pancake by yourself.As it is located at the residential area, the road is less traffic. You may sleep quietly.There is a steak house restaurant on the walking distance. I had a dinner there.

Sometimes things have to be replaced if they can’t be properly cleaned and that is definitely the case for my room at this old hotel near UNT. There are substantial stains on the drapes, couch and shower. In addition, there is a large tear in the couch bad enough that I would not sit on it.
