We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel in downtown Seattle! The location was convenient, clean, and felt safe, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.❤️A special shout-out to Cameron, who was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction are a true example of excellent customer service. MoreWe stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Seattle before heading out on our cruise, and we really enjoyed our stay! The room was comfortable, breakfast was good, and it was a nice way to relax before starting our vacation. The concerige even set us up with a shuttle to cruise port. We'd definitely stay here again!
MoreClean rooms, comfy beds, shower an 7 out of 10. Front desk and bell man helpful. The elevators are a little funky they read your room key and take you to your floor. Not sure how I feel about that.
MoreLess than good. Our flight was delayed by 4 1/2 hours. When we arrived to check in the front desk argued with me on what was suppose to be our reservation. There was a mix-up saying I had parking included. I DID NOT! It was suppose to be breakfast.He said he could do nothing. I went back up to show our itinerary. A young lady helped and immediately wrote us a voucher for breakfast.In addition I called my travel agent and she also talked with the hotel.It is overpriced and not very desirable.
