Victor @ The Den Marriott 255 N Sam Houston E. He is an Excellent waiter, very attentive and will make the extra step to make sure all your needs are met. When I come to Texas he is the one I want to see.
MoreI’ve stayed at the Houston Marriott North twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. The hotel feels welcoming, the rooms are comfortable, and the food and lounge are both great. The service is what really stands out. The front desk team was friendly and attentive at check-in, and they even followed up by text afterward to make sure everything in the room was satisfactory. I also ordered room service during my stay, and Jose Paiz delivered it incredibly quickly. He was very kind, asked if I needed anything else, and made sure I was fully taken care of.I also enjoy the little stray cats that roam around outside the property. It’s a small detail, but it gives the hotel a homey and welcoming feel.Overall, this is a property I genuinely enjoy staying at and would absolutely return to.
MoreMichael L, was extremely professional and friendly.
MoreGreat hotel with quality abominations. Convenient location. Nice lounge access and best part timely airport shuttle with the friendly driver Michael L.
MoreThe room was great, staff very helpful and I love the park and fly option, but the stand out of the stay was our waiter Victor! The restaurant was not yet open for lunch, but he brought us our drinks, took our order and we had our lunch as soon as the restaurant opened. I highly recommend the Marriott North Houston!
