Two chew temple is an impressive vietnamese Buddhist temple . The architecture of the temple is nicely done. It's so colorful and great to see it . I will surely be there again and learn about the symbols and everything.

The buildings were even more than i thought they would be. Beautiful! We got lucky and had two women tell us about the symbols and apparent praise they do along with the foods, fruits, etc . I highly recommend a visit here.

Grounds are lovely and a fair bit of construction activity so it will only get better. Amazing to observe this piece of Vietnamese culture impeded in the Houston metro area. Very well done and quite interesting. A peaceful place for all to visit.

Visiting Houston, we accidentally saw oriental rooftops while driving down the boulevard and came back after lunch to explore. Located a couple of blocks off the main boulevard, we found the classic looking Teo Chew Temple. There were visitors who got incense at the entrance and stopped at various statues or stations on the grounds. The ornate architecture and vibrant red and gold colors maed you feel like you were in China. I just wish they had folks to greet, welcome and explain what the different statues meant. Nevertheless a unique, free experience amidst a bustling city.

Came here out of curiosity, and I must admit I am always pleased to see other cultures and religious artifact and this temple did not disappoint. One can't easily describe it, but I do earnestly ask that you visit such beautiful temples wherever they be. This one is wonderful, and whether you are a Christian like myself, I am always fascinated by other cultural ideals.
