Overall about a 4.5/5! I’ve never stayed at a Comfort Suites and didn’t know what to expect but was happily surprised. Everybody was extremely friendly, breakfast was better than most, the room was nice and quiet. My only issue was the lack of a quality fitness room. I would definitely stay there again.
MoreThis hotel is always exceptional. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping, are always friendly and accommodating. We stay here whenever we are in the NE Ohio area as we know it will be a very pleasant stay. All the amenities one needs are here and the condition of the facility is top notch. I highly recommend this hotel.

MoreOutstanding place right in downtown Hartville. Everything was exceptional on this trip. Close to the world famous Hartville Kitchen which is an outstanding place to eat. Also the Mi Casa Mexican restaurant was exceptional and had terrific Margaritas. The hotel was well cared for and the staff was fantastic
MoreThe room was clean and ready when we arrived. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good with limited selections, but what we had was good. We used the pool and hot tub which was nice and fully stocked with towels. Everything was clean. The lady at the front desk was very nice.
