I stayed at this place, while working on the gas pipeline, for 6 months. During the first few months, it was a nice quiet place to stay but my status got progressively work. Roaches began invading the place and thefts began occurring. My apartment door was kicked in, and all my valuables were stolen. Management charged me for the door because I was living there and they felt that me living there may have influenced someone to break in. After coming in from work, and discovering my door kicked in, I notified the office and the police. I filled out a police report and returned to the office. I asked the manager for another room because my door wouldn't shut and lock. The manager told me to put a chair against the door and they would fix it the next day. I paid these people $1000, a month, and they tell me to put a chair against the door. I packed what was left of my belongings and left. Also stolen while I was there were, 5 air conditioners, 3 break-ins, multiple vehicle break-ins, and crackhead roaming around at night. I stress again, don't not stay there.

My family of five were in need of housing while we were waiting to close on our house. This fit the bill. The complex is a converted apartment commumity. So all of the suites are really apartments. The decor could use an upgrade. The staff were very responsive to our needs to replace certain items in the room. The refrigerator didn't work and the bed needed replaced and there was a few cleanliness issues. I have seen no roaches yet. It is quiet and cozy. I would consider it again in the future.
