Comfort Inn just lost a long time Gold Choice member customer. #1- the reading lights on the bedside neither one worked. #2- the maids never left regular coffee, either day #3-the bottle of Sprite in the vending area (no vending machine) was $3...the most important was the light on the bathroom mirror, which began flashing at 7 am. It's the only light in the bathroom, so we called to report it. At 7:30 pm, the light was still flashing. The desk clerk Jose gave us several conflicting reports: maintenance would come, then maintenance was not coming. He would call the manager, then no manager is on call So at 9 pm, in our pajamas, we had to change rooms. Totally unacceptable when the motel manager had 12 hours to fix the problem.

I spent a week at that hotel for family/business reasons. I'm a worldwide frequent traveler. So I can assure you can trust my reviews:- Pros: good location, very clean/spotless, renovated even if the furniture and appliances are not modern at all, quiet hotel and safe.Cons: horrible breakfast. Ashley at the front the desk is the rudest, most unkempt, most unprofessional, awful person I have ever seen at a front desk worldwide. How is she even in charge of welcoming people? Just because of her I will never ever go back to that hotel. She was unable to find my reservation when I had extending my stay. So for no reasons she rudely asked me to leave like I was a thief (I had spent 1200 $ staying a week there!). She asked me to pay an already prepaid stay. So unprofessional and obnoxious! Do yourself a service, go to the other Comfort Inn on Sam Houston or the Surestay down the road. Way better service for cheaper!

This is a horrible hotel, they say they are dog friendly and then charge you for everything your dog does. There were also bugs under my mattress and they did nothing about a refund or anything for you and want to argue with you about what they can do when it is their hotel that has bugs. The manager is horrible and doesn’t work with you at all. The people at the front desk want to hang up on you and refuse to do anything. Horrible hotel

Dirty , hair all over the beds . Smells like mildew . The maid was playing with look to be her son and running in the hall way . Manger is very rude ! Need to hire all new staff and improve the hotel .

We recently had the honor of being the first guests at the new Comfort Suites in Humble Texas. Although we arrived early the General Manager and his staff made sure we were able to check in and spend some down time prior to our grandson’s gymnastics meet. The new hotel is beautifully decorated, easy to access and has a very friendly staff.
