At Culinary Dropout, American comfort food tradition is thrown out the window for more innovation and creativity. For example as starters, the BBQ Pork Belly Nachos and Prosciutto Deviled Eggs followed by 36-Hour Pork Ribs as an entree all reveal something familiar, yet new at the same time. The drink menu is just as creative, especially the Two-Handed Shandies section; the 'After-school Special' made with raspberry tea infused tequila, ginger agave, lime and Modelo beer is phenomenal. Culinary Dropout has two other locations as well, (Scottsdale and Phoenix), if you can't make it to this Tempe locale.
