Room 115. Why would you put anyone in room 115? Two doors right outside the door, one to the outside and the other to the stairs, both very loud, both used all night for some reason. Super bright and strong landscape lights shining right into your windows all night long -- black curtains don't work, have holes in them. And the worse part -- the A/C blowing heavy paint fumes (fuel fumes?, IDK) into the room all night. Could not sleep, but way too tired to go change rooms. Just don't put anyone in room 115.

The Woodlands, TX location is severely outdated. The toilets are so low to the ground anyone over 5’3” will have trouble going down that low. There were roaches in the room, kitchen and bathroom drawers and Refrigerator. Stains all over the carpet. Breakfast was ok but the kitchen staff and other staff watching everyone while you plateFood or eat while comments being made. The monument sign showing the name of the property is tiny not lit and you can miss the turn in. I missed it every time I had to leave the room. Had this not been prepaid we would have found somewhere else to stay

I gave one star because of Phillip the front desk attendant for getting us out of there and refunding our money. How does this hotel have 4+stars. Are y’all drunk on dog urine and nasty food cooking in the halls. How does Hilton attach its name and reputation to this nasty hotel. We ended up leaving and got our money refunded as my throat closed up from the pet smells and dander. Trash all around exterior. Thankfully found Embassy Suites by Marriott that had availability. Shame on you the manager of this property and shame on Hilton.

Okay, so I am not normally one for writing a bad review, I normally just eat the loss and disappointment and move forward with the intent of never giving my money to that company again.I booked a room for my wife and myself to have a little staycation for the evening, cook a dinner, swim in a nice pool/ enjoy the hot tub.Well, we arrived and I was set cook our nice little meal in the convenient kitchen in the suite….that was a wash as the stove was not functioning at all.I decided to ask the front desk clerk if I was doing something wrong and he checked a list and said that no, apparently that room has an unresolved issue. He proceeded to give us a new room, which smelled better, was cleaner in general and better equipped in the kitchen. I go for round two in my attempt to cook this meal and guess what? The stove top doesn’t work in this room either.Well luckily my wife is more patient than I am, she checked out the heating element and it turns out that neither were properly connected. So we resolved our own issue and made a nice meal.Next, we decided it was time for a swim, and when I tell you that pictures on the website/ travel agency websites are too good to be true, trust me they are.Instead of a clear blue pool, we stepped out to see a murky, cloudy green pool which we decided to not risk. So the Hot tub should be our saving grace here right? No, it was clear and the jets worked fine as soon as I turned the timer but….the water was so hot that neither of us could hold our feet let alone our bodies in it for more than a few seconds. So we are reasonable people and say “ well surely there is way to adjust the temperature in a hot tub” and we proceed to bother the hotel front desk clerk once again with an issue…which he could do nothing about. Apparently this has been an issue for a little while( I am vague here because he was as well) and so our hopes were dashed on using the hotel for a nice pool or hot tub experience. So we drove to my nephews pool 10 minutes away and enjoyed our time at a property that I didn’t pay $182.53 for one night.Upon returning to the hotel, my wife asked for an additional towel for the room so that we could shower. The new front desk agent( an elderly gentleman) was very annoyed that we used our room towels for swimming as they “ have pool towels down here”. Well, there were no signs or any information to that effect in our room(s) and the attitude was just unnecessary.Okay, last but not least…the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable and we both woke up with sore backs. What a waste of a date night/staycation and almost $200.I will be going out of my way to tell people to avoid this hotel on every review site that I can.

The staff really made this a pleasant stay. Everyone was very friendly from the front desk, the happy hour attendant, and housekeeping. Breakfast had lots of choices and good coffee. The hotel is definitely getting worn. The bathtub in my room was peeling, and the woodwork was chipped in several places. My room faced I-45 and it was kind of noisy at night.
