tripadvisorThis was a great time! Clean environment, engaging staff, and overall a fun place. We went for my friend’s birthday, and Get Air was more than accommodating.
MoreWe used to like to go to toddler time. this week when we showed up there was sign on the door that said they were closed until 11:00 a.m. for a private party. There were at least 6 other vehicles that pulled up, also for toddler time, in the 10 minutes we were there getting unloaded and loaded back up. most of us had to put our crying toddlers back in the vehicles because they were looking forward to it all morning! I called and spoke to the manager. She said that the party had been scheduled for a couple months and there was nothing they could do with a it's just the way it was today. She also said they posted it on Facebook last week, but I don't have Facebook. I asked her when they put the sign up and she said this morning, being the day of the party that is. This is unacceptable; as people are getting their young children ready and planning their mornings around this. the manager was not sympathetic did not apologize or say anything to the effect of I hope you'll still come back and join us in the future. I can tell you that myself and the friends that we usually go with will not be patronizing this establishment for the foreseeable future.
MoreGreat place for kids to burn off a lot of energy. Best for kids ages 7-12. The area is divided into 3 areas so there is something for everyone. There is an area for parties as well.
MoreOur 4-year old did NOT want to leave. It was not crowded on the Tuesday that we went. We were able to do all that we wanted. Our only complaint was the corporate music list was not kid friendly and forced us to cut our visit short.
MoreI went to toddler time (Thursdays from 10-noon) with a 4-year old and and a 19-month old and we all had a great time! The 4-year old was able to do most things on his own while the 19-month old had to be watched/accompanied for everything. The music was great and both the kids and I liked it-- kind of a mix of some Disney favorites and 80s music when we went. You have to take off shoes and socks unless you have special socks with grip lines on them. There are cubbies (but not lockers) for your shoes and other items. The main room has several rows of trampolines, the back room has a dodgeball area, a climbing area (not good for pre-schoolers), and trampolines where you can jump into foam blocks (very fun!). There's also an indoor climbing, zipline, slides, balls, playscape area for younger kids in the front.
