The rwxing was great. However, 2 things need improvement. The worker explaining things before getting helmets and getting to our cars talked so fast we couldn't understandwhat the directions were.. The last time we did this had a similar unsatisfactory explanation of rules and expectations.Thr other thing is their arcade games that come with some of the racing packages as a bonus, but they are a joke. You get $20 card but only get to play about 4 things and the quality of them is subpar. Not really a positive add on. Racing, however, was a blast.

Great experience! We had so much fun. The staff were amazing and showed us exactly what we needed to do to be safe and have fun. I would definitely recommend K1 Speed to everyone who wants to have a great time with family or with anyone in general. I will definitely be coming back to race again!!

I struggle giving this any higher than a 3. The racing itself was fun, but we got there right as it opened, and there was a huge party in front of us and we had to wait for all of them to sign waivers, get signed in, and pay. They needed a second worker up at the counter. When we finally got done and we were waiting to be called, you couldn't understand a word they were saying into the speaker. Every time a group was called, people had to go and double-check to see if their name was called. Finally, after dealing with that, we got to race. That part was fun like normal, but it's too short and too expensive for just that.

1. We waited well over an hour for our first race, people that came in after us were racing before us, something went wrong, they claimed we missed our first race but we were out there standing by the track entrance the whole time and asking if they called our names. Once we got our first race in the other two (3) total were scheduled fairly quick.2. We couldn't hear/ understand when they announced the races and we weren't the only ones, many people would go up and ask if they're names were announced because they couldn't hear it either. Problem is easily solved if they just posted the next races on a monitor that everyone could see, such a simple solution.3. You're basically left in limbo without having any idea how long you have to wait and we weren't the only ones with the issue. The most common questions we heard everyone ask: Did they call our name and, Can you tell us how much longer it will be until we race? I've been to another facility where they issue you a heat # and the same are clearly on display so you have some idea of when you'll be up next. 4. My second heat I had cart #27, as soon as I got out on the track I could hear popping and squealing noises, didn't take me long to figure out the right front wheel was loose or something was really wrong with it. When I pulled in the the pits I flagged down one of the kids (pony tail) and told him, he seemed to brush it off and didn't even look at it. They put the car back out in the next heat and it didn't finish the race, not sure if the wheel finally locked up or just fell off, pretty pathetic and very preventable since I had already pointed out that it had an issue.5. The track and racing were just Ok, I would never plan to go back when there are better options for cart racing, in the Cincinnati area = Full Throttle.

We booked 3 race package for 8 guys. The place itself is very nice. It was a slow night so we were able to get our 3 races in within 2 hours. The cars were decent. My challenge with the business is charging 3.5% on top of the already extremely expensive activity for using a credit card. AND THEN ASKED for and expected a 20% tip?? While we had a great time racing You get 12- 14 laps . Average around 30 seconds a lap . So 6 to 7 minutes actual racing x3 races for $ 90 . This included tax , CC fees and a $80 food and beverage credit.
