Excellent!!! Professional!!! Friendly!!! And on time!!!! Mr. Bernard was so nice he had a sign for my 50 th birthday when he greeted us with beads from Mardi Gras!! Mr. Bernard was great to talk with as he showed us several sights on the way from the airport

Reuben was courteous and friendly, offered to stop at a grocery store on our way to the hotel. He was good to stay in contact both picking us up at the airport and again on the return to the airport. He surprised us with Mardi Gras beads when he picked us up to go back to the airport. Such a nice touch.

You cant get a better service. Bernard was top of the line, even when we had a disgruntled person traveling with us, he did everything in his power to make it right. (even though it wasnt his fault) He wanted to make every passenger feel like they were part of his family. I will continue to use his service hands down!

Reuben emailed me ahead of time so I was sure of everything. When we got there he texted and everything went smoothly. He also took our small collapsible travel scooter. It was the end of Mardi Gras week, and he gave me a gift bag of beads and a small king cake. He was timely and pleasant. You are in good hands with Reuben!

Mr. Bernard provides an exceptional transportation experience. He is proficient and professional with his communication, and his timeliness, and his vehicle is comfortable and spotless. He has a wealth of knowledge of the area and provided interesting information and insight, which elevated my understanding and appreciation for New Orleans and its culture.
