For the last year, it's been on a a complete upward trend. Attentive staff, present management, clean and functioning attractions, great food options, memberships are a complete steal. We go at least three times a month. Glow Night is insane!

Spend your money somewhere else! The staff super rude - paid over $300 for a small group - during check in process staff seemed annoyed at the kids asking some questions - half the attractions closed out for cleaning - could only use the trampoline area - the ninja courses / rock wall area we couldn’t use - both bathrooms closed an hour prior to closing - staff annoyed and rude!

I was on the phone with my son during the call listening to what had happened. SkyZone you mess up and I'm not a happy customer. My children have been going to skyzone for months without paying for socks and paying for additional children. I signed up like a year ago and you mean to tell me you have to pay for socks and additional children. So, I have to pay $60 every month for 2 children? I didn't have to at all. I had to sign a waiver and that's it!! This has wasted me and my son time! Manager Adonis was not nice enough or could've cut us some slack and gave us free socks since my son had to pay the $40 out of pocket so my children can have fun. The manager I guess got upset because I told him he needs to fire every employee there because he claims he is going to look who was doing it . I was like it's been months! Like your membership sucks! The reason I said that is because it should be $30 for 2 kids and if you want to add more than 2 children then pay the extra $30 now that's a DEAL . I feel like Skyzone is money hungry and I will tell all my friends and everyone I know and go to a different area of SkyZone because this is absurd! We are canceling the memberships soon!

This is for the tampa location. We went for my daughters birthday party. The 2 hour jump time was good except they let the big kids jump where the little kids jump. When it was time for the party room all the kids went up and my son sat at a table my himself (his choice) the host Staniyah told him he needed to move to the other table very rudely. We told him to stay right where he was. I decided to get a manager because of how rude she was. They replaced her with Eric (absolutely amazing). Staniyah came back into our party room. The last time she realized I filled out a survey and stood there reading it. The proceeded to say (I dont give a f while ripping up my review) So I got the manager again. They gave me another survey (took a pic of this one just in case). We left the party room and went back to the counter for the free jump they gave us due to her rudeness and here she comes again. Asked Eric what he wanted her to do with the cupcake we gave him. Then I sat down with my husband and Staniyah continued to run her mouth loud enough for us to hear. They finally told her to go home but she popped up again (almost antagonizing the situation). They did give us a 15% discount but when you pay over $450 and have to deal with someone like that, it's a joke. I will say except for them allowing her to stay the staff was great.After speaking with a friend who attended a party 2 weeks earlier and also had an encounter with the same girl, we will not be back for parties or just for fun. There are other jump places that have respectful, kid friendly employees.Also it says no tip because I did not want Eric to have to split it with Staniyah. He was given $40 cash.

it doesn't say on the website that shirts and their sock are mandatory , when you go with a group , it adds up , we drove 50 minutes to get there to find out we need to pay 26$ ( fine ) with 7$ a shirt and 5$ socks ( it has to be their socks ) - we brought our own socks , it adds up and I really felt it was a ripoff . I went to many many parks all over California and outside , and never heard of this before . .....very disappointing ....
