tripadvisorI love this place. Andrew is the BEST for Gel manicure. He gets it right every time. Trina is my favorite for Spa Pedicures. She's attentive & detail oriented. They would get 5 Stars but you almost always wait here. It doesn't matter if you make an appointment or not. They're usually busy on weekends & will take all walk-ins in between. I've waited 30-45 minutes. I've learned to bring my iPad/iPhone so I can get things done while I wait. Monday's are better since it can be slower. Andrew is off on Sundays. Overall, worth the wait. ☺️
MoreMy nails do look good and I hope this shellac manicure will last for two weeks as they stated. Serenity Spa customer service needs improvement. My appointment was at 4:30pm. I had to switch chairs three times before someone started on my nails at 5pm. The first nail tech asked what I was having done, so I told her a shellac manicure. She said ok and when off to do someone’s pedicure. The second nail tech asked me to move to another chair and after a few minutes later he asked me to move to the third chair. Well, after my nail were done I had to wait at the counter while the receptionist finished his many conversations with staff members and other customers. . This was my first visit to Serenity Spa and after listening to other customers who had appointments and arrived after me also had to wait. Apparently they have repeat customers but they don’t value their customers’ time. Good customer service is hard to find these days. When I sent them feedback on my experience Serenity Spa reply: nails looks good is enuff. After receiving Serenity Spa response to my feedback, it just proved my point bad customer service. There was no apology, and no respect for the customer time. You are just a dollar amount at Serenity Spa. It's not worth return to them for the second shellac manicure I have already paid for because they have no respect, refuse to acknowledge the problem, no apology, no clue about common courtesy and could care less to fix the problem to insure better customer service in the future. It doesn't matter how good the nails look if you have to go through this to get them done.
