tripadvisorHorrible, horrible front desk service. We were there for a concert at Target Center and a) they don’t have attached parking…it is a public ramp that you have to walk to; nor do they have a valet service; b) they don’t have luggage storage. Be aware that this area is very close to Target Center and convenient, but a LOT of homeless, drug addicts and ill people roaming the streets and parking ramps at all hours of the day and night.
MoreEverything was wonderful! Our room was so nice and clean, a working fridge was brought to our room because the one in the room wasn't working. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic! There was a lot of fresh food and everything was kept so clean. The only part that I was unaware of was the parking. I didn't know that we would have to pay $30.00 to park over night, it had stated online that there was parking. We went around the block 4 times before i had someone go inside the hotel and ask where we should park. We had not been downtown before so we just had no idea how parking worked. We were going to the Target Center so this was a great place to stay!
MoreA finer team of employees, and especially Ms. Kelly, you will not find to make your hotel stay such a special treat!!We had a lot of options and have stayed at many downtown Mnpls venues. But I have finally found the one I can’t live without coming back to when I’m in town. And it is because of the incredibly perfect location, the amenities, the parking the gorgeous rooms and especially the team- of which Ms Kelly was the star of the stay. She has a special way of really explaining, helping and making our stay an A+++!!You will not regret this visit/ stay if you come here!❤️Salute!
MoreLocation is fine. Middle of the downtown. The rest? Really poor. Rooms are old. Furniture ancient and ugly. Room service only every other day but with the aggravation this is not disclosed when you book. Carpet dirty. Bedding more akin to a youth hostel. That bad. A rudimentary toilet. Small sink. All was cheap, old, and the service below elementary. And it offers no parking. They refer you to a nearby public parking for $25 a day. The real price is $14. Breakfast just fine but it doesn’t justify you enduring this very bad hotel.
MoreThe hotel was nice enough and looked new . They don’t clean it well though. There was green boogers on the sink. We reported it and asked for it to be cleaned and it wasn’t. We ended up changing rooms. How DISGUSTING. We were offered a free water for our troubles . LAUGHABLE! WHAT ELSE WASN’T CLEAN?? I could barely brush my teeth when I saw that. I tried rising it off but because it was dried on …. ICK!!! Noted the night of check in.
