I will not be staying in this hotel again while visiting CSU. There was an odd cigarette smell in the hallway and in the room. The bathroom needed a deep clean. The toilet paper holder fell off right away, telling me that staff knew it was broken. There was no water in the hotel - for purchase (vending machine was out) or for free. Minimal parking, breakfast was bare minimum, and staff was not too friendly. You have to be shown your room before being given the key. You also have to sign paperwork saying you were shown your room in advance. Overall, not a good experience at all. Very expensive during Parents Weekend for a not great hotel.

Dilapidated rooms and disinterested staff. More of a half way house than a hotel. Don’t stay here.

Beware of the pics you see online. For $250 for one night, we were very unpleased with our stay, unfortunately all of the other rooms were booked. The staff was nice but the room disgusting, the walls looked like they were never cleaned, the bathroom had chipped paint coming from the ceiling (have pics, feces on the wall by door, the beds were not queens, they were full size beds, one of the beds look like it had feces at the bottom of the bed. The mattress was old stained look like old blood or something else on it. The room had a TV that was not connected to any channels, it was overall horrible for a Wyndham establishment.

Do not stay! Beware. And google prior. They have had narcotics raids etc. do not stay. Not safe. Stains everywhere not clean.

Fort Collins on mulberry MRS (not miss) Vicky thinksShe owns the place. She is rude and does not know hospitality. She towed someone’s car that was checking in on a friend. She has said slurs to a friend. The hotel was sketchy and woke us up on a Sunday to have us move our cars because they were redoing the parking lot. There were no signs posted letting us know or anything. This place might have some dinners next to it and a cheap price, it’s not worth the hassle. MRS VICKY…. You need a new job
