Not a good place. The only way my family will return to this place is if a new owner takes over. Very unprofessional place.

We always have a great time at SuperPlay. It's clean, the games are in great shape, if there's ever an issue it gets resolved immediately, the employees are friendly and helpful, and there's a high level of energy. Jacob, especially, always goes out of his way to make it a great experience. He, and the others like him, are the reason we keep coming back.

We signed up for emails from SuperPlay and used a coupon for unlimited bowling, laser tag and a $10 game card for $18. We had a great time alternating bowling with laser tag. SuperPlay has a fun vibe, good music, friendly staff and not too crowded. Food is ok but the ambiance makes up for it.

We showed up at 3 PM for an activity that was noted in small print to be valid 6 PM to closing. I explained to Mike the distance we had come (6 hours away) and the fact that it was a special treat to the 2 teens. Mike smiled and said he would be happy to let us play now rather than wait until after 6 PM. Mike is the reason we will return to this fun place. He is great at serving customers.

If you want a great place for teambuilding, give this place a try. Great beer selection, fun bowling with tons of lanes and free parking. Fun for the entire group. They also have food and decent music.
